The Silver Package is one of our environmentally responsible driveway packages. We in-place reclaim your existing asphalt driveway with the underlying aggregate base. The driveway is then re-graded and compacted for proper slope and drainage. Three inches of compacted MnDOT specification hot-mix asphalt is installed to complete your driveway.

• Soil corrections are not included in the Silver Package.
• Not all driveways are suitable for this package. Your salesman will make that determination based on the condition of your existing driveway.
If your driveway needs a complete rebuild, select our Gold Package. A complete rebuild is perfect for a driveway with serious drainage or heaving problems. This includes the removal of the existing driveway surface, its aggregate base and the sub-soil to a total sub-grade depth of nine inches. Next the Original Driveway Design™ team installs six inches of recycled base, grades for proper slope away from structures and compacts base with vibratory roller. After the driveway cures for two to three weeks, we complete the job by installing three inches of MnDOT-specification hot-mix asphalt.
This is the Buyer’s Choice option. The Onyx Package includes either the base Silver or Gold package. Thirty days after installing your new driveway, we apply our patented, environmentally responsible Acrylimat™ sealant. This coating protects your driveway from any surface wear and oxidation of the asphalt. It also shields the asphalt from gas, oil or salt and extends the lifetime of your driveway. This Acrylimat™ sealant should be reapplied every four to six years or per the customer’s personal preference.
This package is for the driveway that needs a little color. The Titanium Package is constructed with a base of the Silver or Gold Package with the added benefit of a superior color coating, StreetBond™. This coating is extremely resistant to gas, oil and salt. It also protects the asphalt from traffic wear and oxidation while adding color to the normal black asphalt. Some of the colors are Solar Reflective coatings that reduce the heat island effect, keeping your paved surface cooler. StreetBond™ needs to be re-applied every seven to ten years; this is less maintenance than the typical seal coat products on the market today.
NOTE: Not all packages are available for every asphalt driveway. This is determined by the estimator’s professional opinion of which packages best fit your project. This opinion depends on the condition of existing asphalt, soil and grade of the driveway.
